Abe’s bike path

Up until yesterday, I always worried when Abe biked to work because I was afraid he’d get hit by a car. Abe has been trying to show me his bike path for a while now, and today we finally had time to walk it. I want to walk it every day now! It is so beautiful. And I’m no longer worried about him because the path is so, so safe and secluded. I’ll still pray for him, but now I don’t have to worry.

Before Abe got home, I painted the girls' faces with some of the face crayons I bought for their craft room.

Honestly, it's hard to miss the national parks too much living in Orem. I've had an attitude about-face about this place! You just have to get off of state street, and the city is full of orchards and views like this.

I am in love with Mt. Timpanogos. This is the view from one end of the trail, but I can see it from my bed and spend too much time staring at it. Right now it has everything: Greenery, rocky tops and snow against that blue-blue sky.

More of Abe's trail. A lot of it is inaccessible to cars.

At the end, Abe took me to the rose garden of the new building Qualtrics is moving into. I should have zoomed in on the blue delphinium--those were most exciting.
